<p>To enable the welding technician to undertake switch welding activities using the FCAW process, in compliance with Network Rail standards and safety requirements.</p> <p>Five-day face-to-face blended training event including theoretical learning, practical skills training and assessment (theory and practical), to upskill existing welding staff to correctly and safely undertake flux cored arc welding on switches.</p>
